The Challenge A patient visited Co Recare Physio in Dubai Healthcare City complaining of restricted neck movement and persistent shoulder tension. Upon evaluation, we identified significant limitations in cervical extension and lateral rotation, common symptoms of Forward Neck Posture.

The Evidence-Based Approach Drawing from research like Mani et al. (2012) on Cervical MWM (Mobilization with Movement), we applied targeted manual therapy to restore joint glide and release muscular tension.

The Results

  • Extension: The patient was able to look directly at the ceiling without the previous "pinching" sensation.

  • Rotation: Lateral rotation to both left and right was fully restored to physiological norms with zero reported pain.

  • Posture: Visible improvement in the "ear-over-shoulder" alignment.

Conclusion As we often say, "Small pains often lead to bigger problems." Early intervention through professional physiotherapy can prevent structural degradation. Experience our specialized 90% non-surgical recovery protocol today.
