Struggling with shoulder external rotation? 🤔Often, instead of rotating your shoulder, your shoulder blade moves back—here’s why:
1️⃣ Weak external rotators (infraspinatus & teres minor)
2️⃣ Tight front shoulder joint
Try these 2 simple drills first:
✅ Support your elbow with your other hand & pull the band outward
✅ Sit sideways on a chair, rest your elbow, and rotate with a dumbbell
Once you feel true rotation, return to the towel-band exercise. Accuracy > effort! 💪
